React NextJS Flowbite js not working

I am have implemented a NextJS 13 with flowbite tailwind css.
I have used simple flowbite component with next js 13. Flowbite provides a robust set of design tokens and components based on the popular Tailwind CSS framework. So It also provides sidebar, menu dropdown etc. So for interaction with menu open or close we need flowbite js for apply click action n menu open close.
I have applied directly flowbite by using import 'flowbite' in top of file, but it not works. I have also tried by importing it in head section via cdn link, but it only works when refresh the page, not worked when navigate between router and come again. The main issue is with the event listeners not being registered as React uses a virtual DOM and the Flowbite script looks for those data attributes.
After many efforts I have used below code which works both on router change and page refresh. See video for detail..
