The first part of this lecture finished the last PowerPoint lecture on the Collections package. Basic Data Structures and package usage technique are discussed. The concept of Exception Handling is discussed next. The lecture covers the Exception class hierarchy as well as how to use the "throws" clause. The TRY and CATCH technique is discussed towards the end. Basic error handling is explained. This is the first part of this lecture which will continue in the next lecture.
