In this Blender VFX Tutorial #3 I cover:
creating and using masks in Blender, including adjusting feather (edge blur) of masks
-using nodes to composite together two scenes from the same camera angle, including using the Alpha Over node.
-Flipping the feather direction of a mask
-Using the video sequence editor window to trim footage
-Using the node editor window to adjust colors and brightness and contrast (using RGB Curves) of a finished composited split-screen scene.
