Fullstack: React & Express Live Coding Tutorial (Part 1)

This is the first part in a multi-part tutorial of how to create a fullstack application using Node.js, React, and SQLite for storage. There are many different ways to build something like this.

Part 1 includes getting your front end (React) talking to your backend (Express/Node.js).
It is expected that you have previous knowledge of Node.js, some basic understanding of React and SQL is also beneficial.

Note: This video was originally recorded a few years ago and as such best practices and tooling may have changed since then. For example, to set up the backend project I advise using the command 'npm init' instead of building it from scratch as I have done here.
