Algorithm:

It is one of the simplest techniques in which the searching of an item begins from the start of the array(from index position 1 in MATLAB or from index position 0 in JAVA).The process continues checking the existence of the given data in the list of array elements one by one , until the end of the array is reached.This process is called Sequential Search .
