Just made a quick presentation of this time saving tool. Great when you make several of a board and don't want to spend time soldering the programming connector to each one.

The connector is the exact same size as the regular pads for the 6 pin AVR ISP connector, but only single sided, and not drilled. The spring pins are the cheapest kind on Farnell but can also be found extremely cheaply on ebay, just search for pogo pin.

Edit: uploaded the eagle files for the clamp board, this board uses the old 10pin ISP connector for the programmer since my programmers are all the old design.
