Welcome to my you-tube channel, Learn how to Extract, Transform and load data using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) (Which is a component of the Microsoft SQL Server database software that can be used to perform a broad range of data migration tasks).
In this project we are going to Extract data from a flat file, make some necessary Transformation and Load the data into a Destination. This project is broken down into the 9 (nine) lessons, This part of the project will help you understand what the project is all about and also prepare you for the upcoming lessons .
At the end of this Tutorial, you’ll learn how to:
Created a new SSIS project.
Configured the connection managers for the package to connect to the source and destination data.
Added a data flow that takes the data from a flat file source, performs the necessary Lookup transformations on the data, and configures the data for the destination.
Finally, Load the data into a Destination.
