Steps:

Goto to python IDLE

type "import Os"

you need to know directory where pyhton is installed os.getcwd
as it has returned string you have to change it to normal directory

GO to command promt start cmd +run as adminstrator

goto python directory

install python using "pip install numpy"

as numoy install successfullyy....
