Upgrade Pip, Python to atleast 3.10

SOLUTION: pip install httpcore==0.13.7 httpx==0.18.2

ERROR 2: module 'lib' has no attribute 'X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY'
SOLUTION:
choco install openssl
pip install cryptography==3.4.7
