Model - Knowledge Engine
Our model of the 4p's of information which lead to two types of knowledge. This model is the one we use to help us understand where people are stuck, explain some psychological observations, develop tools, frameworks and techniques to help people out of trouble.
So while I don't think this model is for everyone, or helpful to help you directly (although it might be) it is useful as a model to create things, to relate to the world and ourselves. The largest take away here might just be in seeing how we do sense making around people, around how we work, what we might not know, etc.
I hope you fine use in this model, it has lots of deep implications, I'd be happy to do a deeper dive if comments warrant it. This model has stood up against all kinds of scrutiny since we started to develop it.
