Split Text Thread
Text frames can be linked in InDesign using so called text threads. By linking the threads the text with automatically flow into the next text frame which makes it very convenient to design in multiple text frames.
In some cases you want to split this text thread. This can be done by selecting multiple text frames on a single spread and use the tool ‘split text thread’.
