JavaScript Infinite Zoom Effect
In this video, I’ll teach you how to code a basic web app using JavaScript and HTML Canvas to create an infinite zoom animation effect. Inspired by @joescott and his infinite zoom video ( • I Asked Photoshop AI to Zoom Out Infinitel... ), I built an app that automates the tedious process of resizing images and filling in the gaps with Photoshop AI, while also fixing stutter issues. In this video, I'll show you how to use procedurally generate some images and do the infinite zoom. Later, in Part 2 I'll show you how you can use any images you want (like those generated by Photoshop's AI).
