My main target is to write an algorithm which is able to identify the horizon when an image is given that contains
sea and sky.Sea and the sky has the same colour,blue.So it is hard to identify the horizon at once just by considering the colour. So an advanced algorithm has to be found in order to find the horizon.Also in the given horizon may not be horizontal.But still the horizon has to be identified.
