Overview
"Set up a Cloud SQL instance with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) for data security. This allows you to use your own encryption keys for protecting data at rest. Once configured, Cloud SQL will utilize your key for data access. Additionally, you'll enable pgAudit to record SQL operations on the PostgreSQL instance and implement Cloud SQL IAM database authentication for testing."
