Today I’ll show you how to add multiple-selection drop-down options, which is a super useful feature to the interactive task list I created on a previous episode (link at the end of the video).

This will allow you to easily divide task responsibilities between multiple people if you’re working as a part of a team or if you’re dividing up household tasks.

Start by selecting the first cell in the new “OWNER” column, then click “Insert” and “Dropdown”. Then you can add the different people you want to be able to choose between. Also, make sure that “Allow multiple selections” is ticked. This allows you to select multiple people to be responsible for tasks when that is needed. Then you can drag out the first cell to the remaining cells in the column to insert the same drop-down select options for these cells. Now you, can add one or multiple people to each task like so…

Finally, to add some clarity we’ll select the column, then click “Format”, “Wrapping” and “Wrap” to make the different people appear below one another like so…
