Thank you for giving me the opportunity to welcome you in my brand new Tutorials series on Python Numpy Tutorials.
Numpy is an acronym for Numeric Python or Numerical Python.
Numpy is a 3rd party library for Python Programming language, which provides support for large multidimensional Array and Matrices with a collection of High-Level Mathematical functions.
Numpy is famous for Scientific Computing that can seamlessly and speedily integrate with a wide variety of databases.
Whenever you have a very large set of number for mathematical operation – Numpy is one of the best option available for you.
It’s important to understand that Numpy arrays are different from Python containers. I will discuss a lot of examples to help you understand the subject.
In my next lesson, I will discuss how to setup Python development environment and IDE to start working with Python Numpy.
