The INSERT INTO SQL statement is used to add data to a database. You can add one or more rows to a table in a single query. These two approaches are similar in appearance but very different in speed. We will also write a Python program to insert 20,000 rows into a database using two different INSERT INTO techniques, and see which one is faster.
