Task 1
Write a function sub_numbers that takes two arguments num1 and num2 and returns the result of the subtraction.
Task 2
Write a function check_even_odd that takes a number "number" and returns the string "Even" if the number is even, and "Odd" if the number is odd. (An even number is a number that is divisible by 2 without remainder).
Task 3
Write a function find_max that takes three numbers num1, num2, and num3 and returns the largest of them.
