CSS background animation tutorial - code interactive CSS hover animation
In this web development tutorial, I explain how to code an interactive CSS background animation for your website.
Some of the things I am going to show you are:
CSS hover animation
CSS properties such as animation-fill-mode and animation-play-state
responsive web design
To achieve the CSS background animation we will mainly use CSS, but we will also add a little bit of HTML and JavaScript.
