** WARNING: Christmas music in the video, too late? Oops, Merry Christmas! **
cli-visualizer [1] is a colorful visualizer with three visualizers, use [space] to switch:
(0:07) Spectrum Stereo
(0:28) Ellipse
(1:00) Lorenz
It's inspired by C.A.V.A. [2], which only has spectrum (but it's bar are more smooth, fully uses Unicode Block Elements, IIRC).
This visualizer has quite a lot of options in configuration file [3] and also supports color scheme. It can grab from three audio sources, MPD, ALSA, and PulseAudio, the last one is what used in this recording.
