About Arithmetic operators in python :
In Python, arithmetic operators are used to perform mathematical operations on numerical values (int and float). The basic arithmetic operators are:

(addition)
(subtraction)
(multiplication)
/ (division)
% (modulus)
** (exponentiation)
// (floor division)
