These functions are present by default in Python and do not need to be downloaded/imported. Some of the functions which we will be learning are:
- input() to get user input
- len() to calculare the length of a Python iterable
- int() to type cast a string encoded number to int
- float() to type cast a string encoded decimal number to int
- range() to generate a list of numbers in sequence
- max() to find the maximum value element in a list
- min() to find the minimum value element in a list
- sum() to calculate the summation of all the elements in a list
