Don't forget the correction.
1. Add a Unique constraint
I. CustomerData Table
Telephone char(10) not null unique
2. Add primary key
I. Order_ItemData Table
primary key (Order_id, Item_No)
3. Add ON CASCADE DELETE, for all foreign keys, to delete all child data values once the parent data is deleted.
I. Orders Table
foreign key (Cust_Id) references CustomerData(Cust_ID) ON DELETE CASCADE
II. Order_ItemData Table
foreign key (Order_Id) references Orders(Order_Id) ON DELETE CASCADE,
foreign key (Item_No) references ItemData(Item_No) ON DELETE CASCADE
