Hello and welcome again to another day on teaching yourself selenium webdriver with java
Day 6 - Selenium WebDriver Browser and Navigation Commands
After making driver as an object (See Day 5 video or blog page) and connecting it to webdriver methods to access these webdriver methods all you have to do is - in eclipse just type driver(dot) and you will get all webdriver methods displayed in a list format
Down that list we are going to be looking at browser and navigation commands
There six main browser commands which are
get (this will return any string as your parameter)
getTitle (this will get the active web page title)
getcurrent URL (this will get the active web page URL)
Get page source (this will get the active web page page source)
Close (this will close the active web page which was launched by selenium)
Quit (this will close ALL web page which was launched by selenium)
There are three main navigation commands
forward (this will do the same as using browser foward arrow)
back (this will do the same as using browser backward arrow)
refresh (this will do the same action as reloading web page)
