Android view binding is available in Android Studio 3.6 and Gradle plugin 3.6 and above. It enables you to have access to views without constantly calling the findViewByID to have access to each view.
According to the Google Docs: If you want a layout file to be ignored while generating binding classes, add the tools:viewBindingIgnore=" true" attribute to the root view of that layout file.
