This is a video on retrieving Formula 1 weather data using the Ergast API and the openweathermaps API. There is no prior knowledge needed on working with API's. The program does all the complicated stuff for you. As described in the video, there are a few thing's you'll have to prepare before you can run this script:

1. Download Python:
https://www.python.org/downloads/

2. Download SQLite 3 DB Browser:
https://sqlitebrowser.org/dl/

3. Create an account for openweathermap to get access to their current weather database. It's very easy to get starten, the link will provide you with all the information you need.

4. Download or clone the F1-weather-data github repository to a local folder on your computer.

As promised I'll also provide some details on the meaning of all the fields in the resulting database. This can be found in the README.md file in the Github repository.

The entire database of Ergast is available to download for free at http://ergast.com/mrd/

As you might have noticed, my own API key is visible in the video when I execute the script. Don't bother trying it though, by the time you'll watch this video, this key won't be valid anymore.

I hope you enjoyed this video, any suggestions for future video's are very welcome.
