Here’s how to do it 👇🏼
Record a clear background
Then align the background and record you talking
Head over to the app @capcut
Upload the video of you talking
Tap “overlay” and upload the background video and resize it for full screen
Trim it down to 1 second and add 5-6 of them spaced out at the beginning of the video
Then add glitch sound
That is it, that simple!!
