Microsoft Project Online Training - Using Risks and Issues
This video demonstrates how to use the Risks and Issues features in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online to manage and track problems that may prevent the project from meeting its planned deadline. Students will see an example of a Risk – a possible event that may affect the project timeline – as well as an Issue, which is an event that has occurred that will affect the project timeline. By seeing where these are displayed and the wealth of data that can be stored, students will be able to immediately enrich the data and create a better understanding of the path of the project they’re tracking.
