While the process of using standards to evaluate options may seem a bit daunting, it is really quite straightforward. In this program, we look at an example of how the process works. A brainstormed list of standards is used to determine which option(s) meet the criteria and are possible solutions to the problem.
This process can be used in Interest-Based Problem Solving or in any situation to help make a selection. This program is part of the Columbus Area Labor-Management Committee Quick Takes series on the Interest-Based process.
