1. Java SE Development Kid and eclipse installed. you can visit my blog for more info about installation

2. open 'midnight terminal' or 'root terminal'
3. go to extracted adt-bundle folder/eclipse then execute eclipse, by typing:
./eclipse
4. install ADT plugin
help. install new software. select Android Developper Tools Update Sites
select developer tools and ndk plugins
uncheck the 'contact all update sites during install...'
next.accept all.finish
click OK
please waiiiit
5. restart eclipse
6. create new android application
