CRUD básico con DataTables

Objetivo:

Crear, Eliminar, Actualizar y Eliminar registros en una tabla.

Opciones

1. jQuery(front-end) y PHP OOP(back-end)

2. AngularJS(front-end) y NodeJS básico (back-end)

3. AngularJS(front-end) y PHP OOP(back-end)

Vamos a realizar éste sencillo CRUD pero antes de eso necesitamos ver con cuales tecnologías lo vamos a desarrollar para que todos estemos de acuerdo y se realice algo general.
