Python script for DNA analysis! Version 7_4
This is an update for my Python3 script I've been working on.
This analyses a DNA sequence you paste in several ways.
Improvements from the previous version :
1) Convert 1 letter AA code to 3 letter
2) Convert 3 letter AA code to 1 letter
3) Find the k-mers of a particular lenght
4) Do a Jaccard similarity between 2 DNA sequences.
5) Restricion enzyme digest --- Shows you where an enzyme cuts in your DNA.
