港故事專訪德興魚蛋老闆林羅平 平哥，走進這位手打魚蛋老行尊的匠人生活。德興魚蛋是九龍城的老字號，多位明星曾來打卡，可以在店門口看到平哥與黃子華、周潤發、劉青雲等人的合照。
老闆平哥於80年代隨父親和哥哥由潮州來港，在九龍寨城內開設魚蛋店，其後才搬至現今的舖頭。店內主打手打魚蛋及鮮炸魚皮，80年代生意最興旺時。多年來平哥每天早上五點就開始製作手打魚蛋，他曾說：食物要能放進自己的口才能賣給別人。也許便是這份堅持，店舖至今依然屹立不倒。
