How to Connect To Database Using Java Servlet , HTML & Microsoft SQL Management Studio : 2014

This is a tutorial showing how to connect to database using a java servlet + html & also how to insert data into database. In this tutorial i will be using the DSN method to connect to the database. I will be using Microsoft SQL Management Studio 2008 R2 & Tomcat 7.0.

Important Note: Please Create a System DSN rather than a User DSN.

Things you will need for this:

1. Apache Tomcat Server
2. Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2008 R2
3. Basic knowledge to run a servlet
