Hint: 18 year or above adult use Operator "greaterthan and equalsto"
• Create a C Program Which will show Is the Inserted Year is Leap Year or Not.?
hint: Leap year if we divide the year by 4 and reminder is 0 then it is else not.
use modulo "%"
