In this video, you’ll learn about customizing plots using Matplotlib. Matplotlib is essential to Machine Learning! It allows you to create effective plots to visualize your data and find relationships between the features you are working with. In this video, you’ll learn how to set labels and titles; create legends; move legends around the canvas; and customize colors, linewidths, line types, and transparency. After watching this video and learning several Matplotlib commands/plots, there’s an activity right below this description for you to try out on your own using the skills you learned here. Enjoy!
CUSTOMIZING PLOTS USING MATPLOTLIB ACTIVITY:
Create a big Canvas and x and y arrays. Plot this initial line and include a legend that indicates the equation of this line based on its color. Then, create several variations of the line and make sure none overlap. Make sure the legend includes identifications of all the different lines.
