In this demo, I am loading to my Autonomous Data Warehouse Database in the Oracle Cloud. The rows retrieved by the query do not seem to be in the same order as in the CSV file. Oracle compresses all data loaded into the Autonomous Database. So, a query may not explicitly show the same ordering of rows unless a proper ORDER BY key was used.
