Vlan Host the container on the Real Network
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Adding a fix ip address to the docker engine in the same HOST nertwork with the macvlan network driver.

1- jami softphone configuration (client side)
2- astra hardphone configuration
3- Verification on the Runing docker with a fix IP address (show peers server side)
4- Configuration echo test & Talking clock (server side)
5- Verification with the softphone (client side)

sipphone (MAC) ---- x---- UBUNTU(192.168.15.254) - - asterisk (DOCKER 192.168.15.53)

Prerequisites :
(UBUNTU) install qutecom
(DOCKER) Assterisk + users SIP
