Here's my video on how to handle emissions in Automation! This applies to the Al-Rilma open beta or the stable Ellisbury version. It's been a long time coming, I meant to do something like this when emissions were first added... Anyway, you'll probably find that emissions are quite easy to handle in the current game version. Even if it becomes more difficult in later updates, I've discussed all the details of how emissions work in this video, so you should have all the tips you need.
