RESTORE A LARGE WORDPRESS DATABASE WITH WHEN PHPMYADMIN FAILS [2020]
Large WordPress Database migrations have always been a big problem. Sometimes, PHPMyAdmin fails to export/import large MySQL Databases. When that happens, one option could be:
1. To log into the hosting server backend
2. Extract the Database manually from the command line
3. FTP over the .sql file
4. Do the same thing on the target server to restore the Database.
But this process could be very messy. Only the hardcore Database Admins can really pull it off.
For the rest of us, I found a great tool called MySQL WorkBench. You can always go to this link:

To download and install MySQL WorkBench in your local system. Setup your cPanels on both the source and the target hosting and use the tool to export/import the WordPress Database in question to recover or migrate it properly.
