Step 1 : Make a Folder to Kept All your Django Projects
Step 2: Open Command Line Interface and Change Directory to your Folder.
Step 3: Run Command "django-admin startproject MyProject"
(NOTE) : You can Give any name to your Django-Project
Step 4: Than Change your Directory to MyProject
Step 5: Run Another Command to Create An App Within Our Django Project
Syntax : python manage.py startapp MyApp
(NOTE) : You can Give any name to your App
