In this step-by-step tutorial I will start by quickly going over how the data was set up to capture the training request using Lists and a built in Form. The List captures more information than is possible in a basic Approval using the Teams Approval app.
That is why this case study uses Power Automate to manage the workflow, capture approval outcomes, and automatically update the List. I will demonstrate how we created the Approval workflow step-by-step. This incudes showing mistakes we made along the way and found by testing the flow.
