Lesson 02 of the Python Tkinter module. Today we'll look at the fundamental concepts underlying all graphical interface programming in Tkinter.
These are widgets, layout, and events. Widgets are any type of interface element, from text to various menus and buttons.
Layout is the composition of all widgets within the window.
Finally, events represent situations that can occur in the app and that we want to manage, such as a button pressed, a keyboard keystroke, and much more.
