This is my capstone project NanoSim. NanoSim is a nanomedical simulation of the cardiovascular system that contains at max 2000 nanobots that seek and eliminate pathogens by utilizing the particle swarm optimization algorithm.
The Particle Swarm Algorithm (PSO), is a population based optimization method that finds the optimal solution by using a population of candidate solutions known as particles that navigate a search space. PSO can be applied to any optimization problem or any problem that can be presented as an optimization problem. Some examples of PSO’s implementations are optimizing neural network training, power flow optimization, real time robot path planning, gesture recognition, automatic target detection, and more.
In this video you are seeing the nanobot swarm finding and eliminating pathogens which are the red capsule like objects that spawn in the center and move around.
On this page of the site you can watch the video online Capstone Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm with a duration of hours minute second in good quality, which was uploaded by the user Caleb R 14 March 2017, share the link with friends and acquaintances, this video has already been watched 582 times on youtube and it was liked by 5 viewers.
