METHOD CHAINING:

1. A common pattern in JS
2. This technique is an object creation software design pattern - also called as the Builder Pattern
3. Allows you to vary a product’s internal representation.
4. Encapsulates code for construction and representation.
5. Provides control over steps of construction process.
6. Construction details are hidden from the client entirely
7. Also known as 'Cascading'
8. It is essentially = Calling one method after another in ONE continuous line of code
9. Allows us to read better = removes bulky blocks
10. Temporary variables are not created in this process
11. Effortlessly read chainable code
12. Works with 'this' being returned
13. Seen in JQuery a lot
