Backup syntax:
BACKUP DATABASE [DatabaseName] TO DISK = 'C:\directory\DatabaseName.bak' WITH COMPRESSION;
In Minion Backup:
UPDATE Minion.BackupTuningThresholds SET Compression = 1;
