We need to deal with huge datasets, sometimes (particularly pixel database) we need to know about image in our dataset. Then we want to convert it into image.

To make this possible, you need to
1. Read the Database
2. Separate the pixel rows and columns
3. Select particular row for conversion
4. Convert the pixel arry to image

The main libraries, we used are-
~ pandas (read dataset)
~ numpy (deal with array calculations and manipulations)
~ pillow (image processing steps)
