Programming languages are languages used to communicate with computers. These languages consist of commands that, when used correctly, execute an action. Computer programming doesn't have a specific beginning date. It all began in the 1930s, with the first electric computers. In 1948, Konrad Zuse published his creation, the Plankalkül programming language. At the time, it wasn't very useful, so it was forgotten. Before programming moved to computers, cardboard cards were used to punch holes to create codes.
It was in the 1950s that the first modern languages emerged: FORTRAN (1955), LISP, the "List Processor," and COBOL, the Common Business Oriented Language. ALGOL 60 also appeared around the same time.

Library vs. Framework
Library
A library refers to a collection of packages that provide functions. Its goal is to offer a set of ready-to-use functionality without worrying about other packages. Programming languages generally have libraries for all kinds of tasks. Once included, libraries save you the trouble of writing all these functions.
So, a library is what you include when you want to add functionality to your code.
Framework
A framework is a set of libraries. A framework not only provides functionality, but also an architecture for development work. In other words, you don't include a structure; you integrate your code with it. A framework is the wireframe of a project.
It's an abstraction that allows common design patterns to be reused.
What is an API and what is it for? Five questions and answers
APIs are a set of standards that are part of an interface and allow developers to create platforms in a simpler and more practical way. Using APIs, it's possible to create software, applications, programs, and various platforms. For example, apps developed for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones are created based on standards defined and made available by the APIs of each operating system. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
