SOLUTION: Failed to open NVENC codec OBS Error on Mint - Linux Kernel Fix
Didn't find this fix anywhere else online, figured I'd share what I did to fix it since the only thing I could find online is "Switch to x264" which isn't fixing it, it's switching to something else.
