Conquer your fear of ripping an SSK with this Tiny Tutorial! Follow the video to learn how to confidently undo an SSK decrease or read these tips: Underneath the single stitch on the right hand needle are the two stitches that were worked together. Insert the left hand needle into the fronts of those two stitches from the left towards the right. Once the two stitches from the decrease are secure on the left needle, pull the single stitch off of the right hand needle and detangle the working yarn. The stitches that had been previously SSK’d will be sitting twisted on the left-hand needle, so you’ll need to untwist them before you work them again.
I’m on a mission to keep you in stitches! Comment here with other techniques you’d like to see or with a 👍 if this is EXACTLY the one you needed!
